I went in for a FREE (I was told) evaluation for possible pelvic congestion. Everyone could not have been nicer. The process is kind of like when you buy a car and the different "nice people" come and explain their different sales part to you. Then comes the finance person! "Most insurances don't pay for this procedure because it doesn't always help." she explains. So the cost to me was going to be $8,000. Who can afford $8,000 for something that "might" work? "You'll have lots of questions so call so we can answer them." they said smiling, as I left. When I called with questions they never got back to me. After about 2 months I get a bill charging for some part of the "free" evaluation. Calls about that were NOT returned either. Finally I paid the bill and MAGICALLY... THAT DAY!!! they called wanting to know when I was going to do the procedure. What are the odds that they had over 80 days to get back to me but didn't, until I PAID THE BILL for my FREE EVALUATION.

Most competent doctors in the field. They look at the big picture. Their office staff are extremely friendly and caring. They look for ways to make sure you have a good experience! Well worth my 1 1/2 drive to see them. I won’t go anywhere else! Love IVC!
