I was told to come in at 0700 on Tuesday 6 September to be processed. The door reports that they don’t open until 0730. I waited outside with my wife and two sons, who missed school and work, until 0740 when I found out they were closed for the day. There were more than 20 people out there with me. Please be open during duty hours and please invest in better signage.

Not NEARLY enough employees working on ID'S in a HEAVILY POPULATED military retiree city. Also, the requirements for DEER's renewal for college dependents is B.S.! We (retirees) didn't spend 20+ years defending our country to get jerked around over ID requirements to renew DEERS!!! FIX IT!

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. One of the Deers/Rapids workers, Dale was his name continued to wave his finger in my face and told me to get lost. Still don’t have an ID and appointments are all booked. Dale should be fired!!!
