We did mobile ordering. We clicked "I'm here." It went straight to a "order being prepared screen." It never prompted us to enter our table number. That resulted in us sitting at the table for 40 minutes waiting for our food. We asked somebody, and that's when we learned that the app should've asked us for a table number. They then put the order into the kitchen. We got our food, but we didn't get our drinks. This was just strange. The food was good, but we just had a weird experience.

Great service, clean restaurant. The bangers and mash sausage was amazing, chocolate potted cream was gorgeous, hot butter beer good (it would be nice have something stamped at cup for good pictures ). I have nothing to complain at all, is on my universal’s top list now.

Well, it’s the Leaky Cauldron like in the movies! The staff is very nice and efficient. The food was average and quite expensive per theme park standards. Unsure why the coffee is average and maybe a bit under. Pancakes were nice however, but on the smaller end. This is probably more of a 3.5 stars but it’s impossible to rate it a 3, hence the 4-star rating.

Great place to eat at, of you want to relax outside of the craziness of the park (or HHN). It's quiet, AC is running to cool your down, and the food is actually delicious, and nothing to do with all those fast food around the park. Tip for you: Get the app and place a mobile order before too go in the restaurant. Not only you will skip the long lane when you arrive, but they will also bring your food at your table, and quick to !
