Do.not use this company they hide bad reviews about their subcontractors stealing money. One of them is Michael Hurst has a lengthy record. It might be helpful to do backgrounds before bringing these people into homes. He steals money and doesn't do the job .

UBuildIt has made the process of building our home easy. Our consultant was there every step of the way to answer questions, provide help, and give great recommendations for subcontractors. If you are looking to build a home, I would definitely recommend using UBuildIt to make your dream house come true.

Questions & Answers

What is the cost per sq ft?

They start you out around $70 sqft. But they don't consider carpet, tile, or garages as normal house options so those get added along with other options and drive up the cost to well over $100 sqft. Very deceiving and puts families in binds with their bait and switch techniques. Their fee per sqft I believe is around $6.85.

How much would it cost me to have a 2 bedroom house build on my land

There is no real answer to that since sky is the limit when it comes to picking out interior items...I might put $10 light fixtures in my house, you might choose $100 ones. I might pick quartz countertops while you might be fine with laminate ones. It just all depends
