Edit: I emailed this reply email and never received a response. Garbage. Majority of my interaction was pleasant till the end. I knew I would have an extra charge as I went over my 30 days and when the employee called me to tell me the charges, he had a major attitude problem. The charge was more than I was expecting so I asked for an itemized bill. I was told that they would not be able to do that till after I paid the bill which is ridiculous. Pay us and THEN we will tell you what you paid for. I then asked to have my sales tax exemption applied and the employee starting becoming belligerent and literally yelling saying it’s not his policy, it’s enterprise and he is just telling me what I owe. If you work in customer service, it’s your job to explain processes and charges to the customer. He was awful. I was also never sent a receipt or any correspondence at all.

Horrible Horrible. I called and spoke to someone on the phone and told me that they have a pickup truck in this location and reserved pick up at 4pm. I drove 30 miles away to come pick it up only to be told that they don't have any until next Wednesday. I'm your regular customer and always give you 5 stars but not today. The guy I talked to was not nice at all.
