This is the most loving and caring place. From the nurses to the doctors to the aids to the chaplains. Thank you for caring for my Dad.

Seemed like a nice place for my grandma to be at first . They seemed to have changed their tune due to my beliefs of the mask wearing . Really think that they were un-professional about not addressing me about the situation. And instead addressed the situation to the whole family . When they should’ve come to me personally to resolve the issue . And then if it couldn’t be resolved then yes they would’ve had every right then .

I definitely recommend this place for loved ones in their final days. My mom is the most comfortable she has been in over a month at a different hospital. They are so sweet and compassionate. They try to make patients as pain free as possible, which I appreciate so much. However, they do tell you that there are comfortable accomodations for family when they are making evaluations - there are not. If you can be nearby in a home or hotel, I would recommend that. I probably will not be able to stay up here anymore.

My mother stayed at this place for five days almost ten years ago. I did not know what to expect when her doctor suggested we move her here. The building was beautiful then with plenty of accommodations for family and friends to be comfortable while visiting. I can’t say the staff were not kind and compassionate but I rarely saw them go into my mother’s room when I was in the building, whether I was sitting in her room with her or in the lounge. Without going into the details of a cancer patient’s last few days, if I had known what it was going to be like here I would have taken her home instead.

I'm not sure, I do know the few residents that I talked to were of good spirits. They offer meals and showers to the family members of their loved ones that stay overnights. Very nice staff to take care of the patient and families
