Well I emailed them yesterday about 2 vehicle needing a window replace nothing back so next day I resent the same email again nothing after about hour or 2 I called and left them a message after another hour 1/2 I dove down to ukiah asked a employee about who I talk to about getting a couple windows replace, dude told me to if I wouldn't mind wait over there someone will be with me yeah that never happened waited another hour till they close. NOBODY ASKED ME IF I NEEDED HELP NOR CAME TO TALK TO ME ABOUT THE WINDOWS..

Ever since I put in a new car wash down there it doesn't seem that your car gets quite as clean as it used to. That being said still a great crew they still work hard. (Update) I have to take a couple of stars back. I went in and had red clay on my tires and asked the guy how much extra it would be to scrub them clean. He said $4. I paid and they not only did not clean the clay off they put tire sealant over the clay sealing the mud to the tire. I took it back the next day and pointed it out and told the lead guy to clean them. He looked me dead in the eye and told me it wasn't his fault that the machine didn't clean them and that he wouldn't fix it. That was 4 months ago and I still can't get the clay off.

Great customer service. Mechanic Travis was obviously very knowledgeable and thorough. Would definitely go here next time I have an issue.
