Poor customer service at the Honda oil change front desk, I have been looking at the reviews and alot of people feel the same, thank goodness santa rosa is only an hr away.

Hours are so confusing, we went in to get an oil change and online says one time service desk says different time. Service desk isn't the friendliest, looks like we're driving to manly in santa rosa where they have great customer service. And I personally recommend manly have had nothing but great service. If you see my license plate it says manly honda, only went here due to local convenience. Funny thing I got a response from Thurstons and they said that I haven't even had my car serviced there, but I have had my car for 5 years and have only had it serviced at Thurstons with really unhappy Dave, talk about someone who really hates his job. Maybe you should search harder and know who your customers are, and I have also taken my mazda there as well.

Every time I call, I get transferred at least 3 times. They take forever when they work on cars. Sometimes different people have given me different answers that are opposite for the same inquiry. Their warranties are a gimmick. I much prefer supporting smaller business mechanics. I also have had better experiences with dealerships in other towns.

They have treated me well there & I have no complaints with their service.
Call the service manager. If he doesn't respond, call the dealership's sales manager next.
They did for me but it was 4 years ago. So call and ask.
Go talk to them if its under warranty it should be fine.
