I had a very sick community cat that was very sweet and suffering. The receptionist went out of her way to get me an appointment and gave clear explanations re treatment vs Euthanasia. The RVT and Dr. Haynes were very compassionate, comforting, and knowledgeable. Explained pricing and options as the cat, Tig, tested positive for both cat Aids and feline leukemia and was in poor condition. I elected Euthanasia due to poor quality of life and not being able to keep the cat inside. I highly recommend this vet clinic and thought pricing was reasonable. I have parrots so only had a bird vet and no established relationship with dog/ cat vet and was so happy to have the kitty seen so quickly when I called.

Very bewildered, very reasonable prices at first above average care. Then prices tripled unnecessary medical procedures suggested very costly. The staff I give five stars, the veterinarian assistant five stars the vet -3 asteroids. Perhaps time to retire. So he can count his gold more privately.

The do a good job . but charge way too much to put a pet down and try to automatically up sell you on boxes for your pet. Honestly I'm the type to dig a hole in my dogs most favorite sun spot for his final rest . Rest in peace my Shortie, aka love bug .

They fit me in for an issue I was having with my dog, even though I was not a current patient. Not easy to do these days. When I brought him in staff was professional and caring. They suggested checking back with the vet in a few days to update on progress. They actually called me to get an update. I was pleased with all the care they provide and plan on using them for all my veterinary needs.

Hi lol, The answer is maybe; for sick birds we recommend avian specialist Dr Rupiper in Petaluma. For routine maintenance, wing feather clips, nail trims and beak shapes we can help. Ed Haynes, DVM
