I have been in my house now for 6 months, so now I can give a fair review….This has to be the worst home builder from my experience. Our home was promised to be built in less than a year. It took a almost 2 years for our home to be built, and no one would take ownership of the time lost. Blame was always put elsewhere. Now that we are in the home, door knobs are loose and fall off because of improper installation. Sinks leak because of improper installation. Specs of paint are all over the floor from the painters rushing. My back yard floods because of how Precision homes made the pad, it’s killing my trees and causing them too fall. Precision stated that it is not covered under warranty and there nothing they can do even though the pad they made is causing the problem. BEWARE!!!
