I recently decided to visit Tilson after going to other home builders in the area and am extremely happy I did. Jerry has been nothing short of competent, professional and attentive. During our first meeting we went over certain things I would like in my house. On our second meeting, Jerry had prepared the plan with the requests I had made. I truly appreciated being treated like they want to build for me. Additionally, I appreciate the transparency in pricing, it makes me feel confident that additional fees are not being charged or added. I highly recommend Tilson. I look forward to having my house built with Tilson and continuing to work with Jerry.
