This clinic is the most worst clinic I have ever seen in my entire life, when I say most , I really mean it. I have been with them for 10 years, they never did anything for me or my family. The nurses r very very rude, especially the guy does the authorization has so bad attitude, my uncle is 83 years old, they never help him with his sickness, when u go to ur appointment, they make u wait for 1 to 2 hours, I regret going there but no more,

This office does not differ than any office back in the 1950s. Very very basic communication skills (that is only if we want to call it "skills"). They lack organizational skills, professionalism, ATTITUDE, follow up with patients, insurance knowledge, administrative trainings, and most importantly "customer satisfaction". Patients, buy yourself a piece of mind and stay away from this low quality service office. The staff are the lowest level of employees a business could ever hire. They don't keep track of patients problems and they don't put effort to fix things. But they are very good at giving you hard time and making your hypertension alot worse. I recall feel mad such a place is still operating in the world of 2019! Doctors are fine. But when you get to meet Primary care providers, it is not all it it matters. The staff must be cooperative & understanding to push referrals and finish things on time. Whoever is reading this, please recommend a good primary care office for me.
