No no and no! Absolutely horrible experience. 5 weeks after closing escrow and my borrower account still not ready. I was expecting to receive a letter with instructions how to register online account, but they sent me nothing. I spent 2 days trying to figure out how I can make a payment. They said I can pay online. So I made an online account, but guess what? online payment is not available because my loan still processing. I have to wait minimum 30min on the line to get representative.. no one called me back when requested. After hours on the line they finally realized I can’t pay online because they’re not able to set up my borrower account in time… Now I have to send them a check. I would not surprised if they will charge me late fees because they weren’t able to receive my payment in time. Just huge NO for everyone who’s looking for a lender.
