Horrible service, no one ever picks up on the first phone call no matter what , you have to leave a voicemail and hope they call you back. They send all your information to the wrong address and email then blame you for it. Sonia also has a horrible attitude and is so rude when speaking to you if she does call you back. Dealing with Sonia is worse then doing a sobriety test. 0/5 fire her. Called for a second time and rose her voice and hung up the phone not answering any of my questions.

If I could leave less than a star, I would. I have been calling these people for 3 weeks leaving messages that are never returned. It is impossible to get a hold of someone to speak directly with because they all let their phones go straight to voicemail after you have to sit and listen to 10 different menu options. Absolutely appalled by the level of professionalism.
