Despite all the negative reviews I have not encountered any bad experience from this morning visit. My mom and I walked into a full room of people waiting for their blood drawn. Despite that fact we got out in less then 40 minutes. Employees were very kind and especially Marjoriette( i hope i spelled her name right)). I was very nervous and a little scared but her cheerful attitude helped a lot to overcome my anxiety. Both my mom and I believe she deserves a “Bee” kind pin on her lanyard 😉

Had a bad experience with this place a few years ago with my very young child who was so scared and uncomfortable that she was squirming. The “phlebotomist” berated her and told her to stop acting like a baby. She was 4. I never left a review about the incident because I was shell-shocked, but today, my elderly mother needed bloodwork in a hurry for a procedure she was having the very next day and I compelled to write. My mother’s doctor’s office failed to follow-up with her in a timely manner leaving her to scramble to get the bloodwork done ASAP. The person who attempted to take her blood at Labcorp picked her painfully, couldn’t figure out how to get the blood and was basically rude to her. It took a second person to get the blood. Now she is black and blue and highly stressed. Staff there is hit and miss in politeness. And whomever they are hiring to take blood, perhaps they need to be vetted first for expertise and bed-side manner, especially with very young and very old patients. I will NEVER use this lab again, and I still don’t understand why doctors around here constantly push Labcorp. Centrastate has a much better lab—better phlebotomists and overall better run system. When will Labcorp fix this location?

It says online they open at 6:00. It’s 6:14 and nobody is here except others that thought they would be open.

You should probably warn people that you close at 2 when your website says 2:30. Before they lug 4 kids out of the car and up a flight of stairs!
