They will evaluate the condition of your current passport. If it's acceptable, then they will take a new passport photo for you for a $10 fee and give you the paperwork needed. After that you mail the paperwork with the old passport, the new photo and a check and mail it all priority. They say you should get the new passport in approximately 4 weeks or so.
No.
Hi Carly. No appointment is necessary to apply for a passport at our Freehold Passport Office. The Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. To renew a passport, we encourage you to call our office at 732-431-7324 first - you may be able to renew your passport by mail.

I believe so. You can bring the application or fill out in the office. All the applications are sent to passport office, this office merely receive the applications and sent them to the passport office
Deeds recorded from January 1, 1976 through present can be viewed and printed on our Open Public Records System website via our main website, MonmouthCountyClerk.com. To obtain a certified copy of your deed, please call our office at (732) 431–7324 for further information.
Ashok, Completed Vote by Mail Ballots are to be returned to the Board of Elections Office, which is in the same building as our Election Office - 300 Halls Mill Road in Freehold.
Rosalie, Please contact the Monmouth County Superintendent of Elections Office by calling 732-431-7780.
I do not believe so. That being said, if you have time it would be a good idea to renew it when you don't have to. If you wait until you really need to it's going to cost you a considerable amount more. I recently waited until the last minute to renew for a family of 5 and it cost me big time. Enjoy your trip.
Generally, surveys are not recorded at the county clerk's office. You may however look at the last deed for a property using the Clerk's online system. Often the company that performed the last survey is referenced. If they are, and they are still in business, you can ask them for a copy.
Not at Freehold, you would have to go to Hackensack or Trenton
I would call the number on the application form, but you can also find out online. They're pretty helpful
