We worked with Isaac and his team for seven years before finally contracting with Zurich to build our retirement home in Fairfield Glade, TN (it took seven years for us to get to retirement). In that time Isaac and his team were always available to us. The more we researched other locations and home construction companies, the more we were convinced that Zurich Homes was the absolute best choice for building our home. Zurich Homes is synonymous with style, quality, and professionalism. Most of their employees have been with them for several years. We researched various home builders in the Fairfield Glade area before settling on Zurich. Once we saw their model homes, it was obvious to us that Zurich Homes was going to give us the ‘forever house’ we wanted. Things that other companies call upgrades are part of the standard elements of a Zurich home. Their goal is for the customer to be completely satisfied with their new home. There is no such thing as a “cookie cutter” house with Zurich. Each owner puts their individual sense of style on their plan and Zurich goes above and beyond to make that happen. We started our home construction in Fairfield Glade while still living in Washington D.C. We had full access to our project manager along with Isaac and his entire team. We had access to the schedule for all aspects of the process. We were given updates and sent pictures, so we never felt unsure of how things were progressing. When we had questions, we always received a quick response from the Zurich team. We made a number of trips to the Fairfield Glade area during the construction process and each time we were impressed with the quality of work. We were amazed at the details that went into each phase of the construction. Unlike other jobsites, our area was always well kept and cleaned up by the subcontractors. Our project manager always adjusted his schedule to meet with us when we were in town and answer a variety of questions we might have. Having a Zurich home makes you feel as though you are part of the Zurich family. The reputation that Zurich Homes has in Fairfield Glade is excellent. We have spoken with many Zurich home owners and they will tell you that Zurich Homes is the only home builder to use. We are very grateful to Zurich Homes for building our home and we hope to enjoy it for many years to come.
