I took my 2012 MacBook Pro laptop to Scott at The Teachers Lounge with a long list of problems. I'm in my 60's and I wasn't ready to buy another laptop. I love my MacBook Pro. I am able to use it with ease and it is filled with my precious photos and files! Scott was very helpful, professional, friendly, patient with my endless questions and extremely effiecient. Scott explained step by step what he was doing and why. He explained to me the costs and provided me with various options. Scott was able to get my laptop up and running again and I got all of my precious photos and files back. Not only did I get an upgraded hard drive and an increase from 4GBs to 16GBs RAM drive but, I also acquired some great techy knowledge from him too.
