The office staff had a hard time understanding how many items we had and how many trucks we were going to need. The moving team was fenomenal and got a whole 4 bedroom house moved in 6 hours. They were very polite and professional and I would ask for the same crew again if moving.

From the first call through the end of delivery, everyone was friendly, attentive and very professional. The emails were right on time, the call 2 days prior - exactly as described, the call the morning of the move - exactly as they said they would, and Hayes (the driver) even called when they were about an hour out so we'd be ready. Hayes and Bell could not have been nicer. So pleasant, and were wonderful with my 81 year old Mom! (she loved them both!) They were courteous, respectful, positive, encouraging and overall just a joy to work with. If you had 10 stars, I would rate these 2 men with an 11! As an added bonus, the ladies in the office over-estimated on the boxing so the bill was a good bit less than my mom planned - she was thrilled. In the age we live in, it's a rarity to find a company that performs so well on all levels, from first contact, then follow up, then to final delivery. I'm more than pleased/impressed with these folks and would give them my highest recommendation. And if you are fortuate enough to get Hayes and Bell as your movers, these strong, polite young gentlemen will take expert care of your belongings, and will do it with a huge smile. They made what could have been a streesful day simply a joy. Well done!
