Graham hart home builder very bad builder. I bought my house last year. Lots of stuff start broken. Doors not shutting probably. Paint is coming off. Drywall has lots of cracks.please do not spend to much money with this company. Warranty people they don’t care also.

i live in the talon hills development presently for just over one year and enjoy my home very well but the builders warranty on construction defects needs some adjustments. i have had an ongoing dispute with graham hart maintenance dept. to correct a unfinished rock wall that separates my neighbors back yard from mine and still nothing has or probably wont be finished. mind you no one has ever came out to inspect my wall.

Graham Hart is a wonderful home builder. My husband and I closed on our home in Talon Hills in July of 2021. As with any builder we experienced some smal delays, but that is to be expected especially with the shortages in materials. They were very easy to work with and tried to help in any way they could! I work with a ton of builders and their quality of workmanship is much greater than so many I see on a daily basis. I would gladly build with them again in the future!

Recently closed on a Graham Hart home. Everything in my house was half-as*ed. Nothing custom about this “custom home builder”. Couldn’t change anything. Couldn’t even change where they placed the thermostats (in bedrooms). We were told we could make modifications during redline and design center meetings (after signing a contract) only to be told we couldn’t do those things. During the construction process we constantly had to inform the home builder they were constructing our house incorrectly, literally putting walls where they didn’t belong… seriously. So far I’ve spent $1000 fixing shoddy electrical work. Replacing bad circuit breakers and discovering loose wiring in lights. Their “electricians” came to our house multiple times unable to resolve our issues. Only to wiggle the bad circuit breaker to get the dryer to work and to inform us it’s a “known issue” (ignoring the extremely loud buzzing sound emanating from it). Living room lights would flicker and we were repeatedly told by Graham Hart construction manager it was “because the ceiling fan is interfering with the LED lights installed.. (Really?!) Turns out there was loose wiring in the ceiling lights causing an electrical Arc (fire hazard)! BOTH of my adjacent neighbors have similar electrical issues! Just a myriad of other half-as*ed work that is causing issues. Would highly recommend if you are even considering spending $500,000 on these houses, you go with a cheaper builder. You’ll get the same exact quality, possibly better. And your house will probably constructed on a much better time schedule. Attached examples of how they “repair” your patio/slab they damage during construction, fireplace vent cheaply placed at closest available option, under the patio (severe burn hazard) more pictures to come.
