Place is big enough to back in and get unloaded.They do have overnight parking the security guard will let you park just have to show your paperwork and let u park if not delivering you can't park.

Yes. Totally. They don't care if it's refrigerated or dry van. As long as you bring 2 load locks and no holes in trailer. It's basically soda and sports drinks. So doesn't need refrigeration.
