Wanted to at least try one class but unable to due to ridiculous policies. Booked a class on a Friday for Saturday under the free workout option and then when I arrived Saturday morning, I was told that it was a special class and I couldn’t participate using the free class. The attendant let me reschedule for Tuesday. Which also, maybe design the app better to filter out special days when free workouts can’t be used. Come Tuesday I show up at 6:42pm for the 7pm. Hit traffic on 7th, obviously in my work clothes hoping I could change before class and I’m confused as to where to get help and then this guy, probably named Leo is sitting down behind me by the door and I tell him it’s my first time here and I’m not sure what to do. He tells me in a very sassy way that I’m late and can’t take the class because I had to be there at 6:30pm. All I wanted to do was try this place because my coworkers rave about it and I wanted to participate with them. The least Leo could do was let me in since I showed up Saturday morning and couldn’t even take a class then. He was very unprofessional. Too much sass ruining an experience for someone who was eager to try it out. If you have our email on file, maybe try that. Or calling. Also… I’ve heard from multiple people that some attendants or coaches, whoever decides not to let new people in per this 30 minute policy, actually let people take the class if they’re there 15 minutes before. So enforce it or not. Or tweak your policy because it’s ridiculous how some people can take the class and not follow this 30 minute rule, and then end up like me, stuck in traffic and try and get there as soon as I can and not let me in.
