Terrible location all I needed to do was pay my bill and the gave me the runaround and still wouldn’t let me pay it. Not to mention the staff doesn’t even acknowledge you when you walk in but makes sure you know about their promotions. Worse location I’ve been to made me want to switch phone companies.

Always awful staff. So unpleasant. So lazy. So ageist and dismissive. Every. Single. Time. Luckily I could pay my bill outside at their ATM thing that accepts payments.

Today my friend and i have had to go to 4 different metropcs locations with no sucess of the items we were inquiring about and not very much good customer service, However, The gentleman at the corporate store on hulen have some of the best customer service and attitudes i have ever experienced in all my years of being a metro pcs customer and they even had the devices we have searched for all day! Super patient and informative young men. We were extremely satisfied! Thank you to Spencer and Saage we enjoyed your services!

You'd probably have to call or stopped by a to see if that location has one. I honestly don't know.
I believe its up to 7 days, but can't be over so many hours of talk time to return it for free.
Take it to any metro store and they will gladly help you luck
