Me and my husband have selected Lakes of River Trails Community as our dream home. We followed different builders but one of our close friend recommended going to David Weekley Homes. We had an initial meeting with Lisa and were pretty much impressed with her. We had a meeting with Donna Bursell on Saturday Aug 27th. I could not attend the meeting, however after hearing from my husband and looking into the changes in HTS document and the uploaded photos, I am very satisfied with her work. We had a few discussions at home before going to the meeting and Donna allowed to make changes in the designs as we wished. I wished I had met her personally. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to select David Weekley as their builder for their new homes or first dream home. And if you are looking for a home in Lakes of River Trails, reach out to Lisa McKibben, she is super cool and explains you in details and you do not need to worry even if you are a first time buyer.

I have ordered a home in Lakes of River Trails from David Weekley Homes. The home building process is in early stage, but I am very much impressed with the team I have. Lisa is very helpful in explaining all the details. I had a meeting with Donna Bursell in the weekend. She is a very good design consultant. She explained me everything about the interior designs, materials selected, color, brands and levels of the materials used as well as pricing for the different options as well as pros and cons of using each of those. It was a very good design meeting as I was allowed to make lot of changes of my desires. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to David Weekley Homes and especially to the Lakes of River Trails community. Please reach out to Lisa McKibben to get your dream home as she is super helpful getting your dream home. Also, ask her to schedule a meeting with Donna and get your designs from her. I bet she is best in the town.

Our floor plans are not for sale. We thoughtfully select the right floor plan for each homesite as every homesite has particular characteristics and soil conditions that require engineering and attention to detail, affecting the suitability of a floor plan to the site itself.
You may make minor changes to floor plans. No foundation, exterior (front facade of home) or plumbing changes are available due to engineering, inspectors, etc. We do offer several exterior options for each of our floor plans. Some of our floor plans also include a variety of Flex Options, which allows you to choose how you want the space to be used based on your lifestyle and needs.
The construction of our homes is measured in 10 stages. Timeframes for each home can vary, depending on many factors, including material availability, weather, inspections and permitting.
