Ticket prices depend on the event, but ones in the front row will be very expressive. For a basketball game they would be around 300 dollars.

Basket ball games are the popular thing at the target center, front rows could for the $300 range. Could be more or less for popular concerts or wwe etc.
Because this was a high school event, seating was general admission...it was serendipitous...as Victoria says...prices very with the event.
For what? I guess it depends on what you're going to, but generally, tickets are more expensive in the front row of any entertainment venue.
