They have a parking garage that's in between the Target center and Target Field that is reasonable. It is by the end of the light rail almost, it's always between 14 and $16 you take the elevator down walk across the little tunnel / walkway take the escalators up into the skyway on the elevator up into the skyway first comes Target Field then Target center to your left Target Field to your right soon as you start to come in to the actual skyway.
Call the Target Center about the semi parking.
We parked 4 blocks from target center and it was open air and I think you could park a semi or rv there.
Not what I have seen except for the tunnel that leads into the Target Centre on 7th Street. Check first with the arena. Otherwise semis are too high to place in the carparks.

Not in the structure .I wouldn't think was there is a height requirement and you move from levels in that tight corkscrew turns
