have any of you other people ever been here? for the teenagers' mental health wing the staff are absolutely ridiculous. i need another visit to a mental hospital but i dread ridgeview. they make you wait so long, they give you bad advice. it sucks.

Yeah, when I was there as a teen it was no picnic, they put me on medicine I didn’t need, to the point that I felt like I could better treat myself than them, and that’s saying a lot. The staff would resort to intimidation if needed and seemed not to realize who REALLY pays their checks

God Ridgeview is so bad, but Peachford is even worse if that's possible. Either way its clear both facilities don't have the patient's best interest in mind. I went in 2013 to Ridgeview, and all the reviews today are still pretty accurate to things I experienced then. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place. I will say one thing: when I was there in 2013 their food was soooooo good. Thats literally the only good thing I could say about my 5 days spent there.
