Am sorry your experience was bad as Well I love the store go there everyday and I love Tony(unc) Elvia (Elvis) Franchesca and Dee as well so hate that u didn't have the experience I have every time am in store but I guess it was just an off day because we all have those at work and away from work however no excuses, but also some times the customer is wrong. I love the store and the New manager Mihir is doing good things he had a New ice machine and etc. put in so he cares and that says a lot to me keep up the good work folks
