Ron is very confused and all over the place he called me telling me my car was ready and when I get there he gives me the keys to someone else’s car. I paid unnecessary money on Ubers twice when my car wasn’t even finished. This company needs much more service providers . Shuttle provider was very rude waited over an hour to try to catch a ride home before I said forget it and caught an Uber back home. Service providers were rude about trying to contact the shuttle provider so I could get an ETA I had to ask MULTIPLE people who still never reached out to her. Horrible communication with my service provider and staff

My experience with the Service Department was fine. Janet was familiar with the issue that my car was having and made the process of servicing it easy. The Mechanics did a fine job replacing the specific items and suggesting a Carbon cleaning for the accelerator system. It drives better now! Click to Copy

Our experience with SR Chevrolet was horrible! It was hard to get anyone on the phone, my hold time was close to an hour and I finally just hung up. They charged my daughter for a tune up on a brand new motor, the parts had been in for a couple of days before the service department even knew, we had to continually call them for updates, I could go on, but I'm just going to sum it up as a bad, expensive experience.

Zero communication. We made the mistake of using their online system to set an appointment for Monday and dropped the keys in the night drop off on a Sunday. It is now Thursday and despite literally dozens of phone calls, I cannot get a live body on the phone that isn't from their answering service, cannot contact a service advisor and never received a return phone, text or email other than the email confirming my appointment. Worst experience I have ever had with a dealer or service organization. I would visit in person, but live out of state and I'm trying to help my college student get this truck fixed remotely. Ultimately we sent a tow truck to the dealership to get the truck and take it to another dealership. Even at that point, the dealership never called to apologize or even confirm whether it was ok to hand over the truck and keys to a tow truck operator.
