Are phones allowed?

I actually pulled a trick and snuck my phone in, but my roommate snitched on me, so my phone was confiscated, searched, and returned to my parents.

For inpatient, no, but there are phones to use to call family during specific times. For outpatient, you dont have to turn over your phone but you can only use phone on breaks, at lunch, etc and have to silence it the rest of the day.
