I came across this apartment complex back in July, I saw the apartment online that I was looking for with an affordable price, I will say the best price in the area, I came to visit the complex and liked the area too, I decided to apply for it online, I got a call from Namiya right away and guided me through the process, and helped me lease the apartment, she was great with everything and very professional, once I moved in there were some things that had to be worked on and the technicians came by to fix them right away, I would recommend this apartment complex as an option to live in, the process of getting its not complicated at all and Namiya is very helpful and nice, I am just waiting for all the gate doors to work so I can use other parking decks.

Fabrina had wonderful customer service throughout the leasing process and was a joy to work with. There were two obstacles during the process and she was able to get them fixed promptly with no issues. I am looking forward to my stay here.

Although the unit is nice the maintenance staff refused to exchange the refrigerator and paint. They stated they cleaned the carpet but I could see the imprint from the previous tenants furniture. Let's discuss they made no effort to paint the unit which I have learned that us standard of turning the apartment before a new tenant takes residence. The vents are nasty and rusted and needs to be changed. Which I addressed on the walk through. Well guess what? Yesterday was move in day and my new apartment hasn't been painted, the refrigerator door is ruined and it wasn't cleaned out, and the carpets aren't cleaned either.
