Unorganized staff, incorrect information in files. No Website, hard to get paperwork taken care of. Very difficult to get in touch. Lack of communication(change locations w/o notifying patients). Used this practice for 17 years and stayed until recent. Finally grew tired of chasing down paperwork and feeling as though I was an inconvenience when making apts, getting medical records, forms taken care of.
