Dr Rodriguez is actually a good guy and a good doctor but good luck getting an appointment with him. My last appointment was abruptly canceled. Today I called the office 58x at various times of the day. Phone line was busy, I finally got through and the receptionist asked me to hold then proceeded to disconnect the call.

my husband had a new patient appointment, which was made over 2 months ago. SInce this is my dr. office and I have never had a problem before. We wanted to set him up also. He took day off of work to go today. We even got message last Thursday to arrive early to fill out paperwork. This morning the office left a voice mail on my husbands cell saying his appointment was canceled. We tried to call and the line was busy for 2 hours. Finally got through and was told he is on vacation???? and that they left a prior message. Receptionist was rude about it. Saying that they left a message, if that was true he would have not missed work. Never a apology or help with rescheduling. It was very shocking to be treated that way. Well now they have lost 2 patients. I had to give one star or I couldn't port review.. I would give ZERO
