By far probably the worst place I have ever gone. I have never left a review in my life, but this was the place that made me have the urge to share so others don’t make the mistake taking their kids here. Dr. Rannulu is interruptive and argumentative. In the beginning, things were okay but this place has completely gone down hill. The office staff themself are rude, be ready for customer service on a “Dicks Last Resort” scale. Dr. Rannulu constantly misdiagnoses my children, in the beginning every cold was RSV and REQUIRED medicine, when I tried to get my child to see an allergy specialist a year ago or so he told me it’s not needed. My son has struggled with this since and I’ve had to Home remedy ways to help with all the scars left behind from the allergy breakouts (bug bites). When I tried to go to a dermatologist a year ago for eczema (same time I asked about the allergy testing), again it was ignored and I was prescribed some type of Vaseline lotion thing. It’s hard to have respect for someone who shuts down your every concern and acts like they didn’t hear them especially a doctor who we are “supposed” to trust to make the right medical decisions. Don’t bring your kids here -get them to a doctor who actually loves their job and knows what they’re doing. I should have left a long time ago but have had a hard time finding a doctor in my area that accepts Medicaid. Ears all open if you know someone. Spoken from a frustrated and fed up mom!

I set up a check up for my child. The employee that scheduled my child's appt did not advise me that the office visit would be virtual. After I signed in for the appt, an employee comes out to tell me that the appt is virtual. She seemed a bit flustered. There was no one besides my child and an infant waiting to be seen. There is absolutely no reason why my daughter was scheduled for a virtual check up unless I chose that option. I left and waited on the virtual visit to begin, it was nearing 15 minutes after the appt time and I had to call and ask them when would the virtual visit start. The employee again was unorganized and was oh let me look at the notes etc. A nurse then called me to tell me a doctor would call me. A NP called me and had nerve to call me on Google Duo to " see" my daughter after she already prescribed medicine. Their idea of virtual is a joke and I will be reading of the claim with my health insurance thoroughly. Take your child somewhere else they are incompetent.
