Got there and they're only open from 5:30-6:30. Would have been nice for the email to tell me that. They'll have to return my package to the sender now. I work 3-11. Had I known they had that small of a pick up window, I wouldn't have had the package sent there in the first place

I ordered medical supplies on Amazon. Items were not delivered from Zelienople terminal. When I called as I was directed to do, the representative said they needed my name and phone number to deliver. Well that’s untrue……. I get many packages delivered without my phone number. Then I go on the UPS website and it said it was not a valid address. Again ,Untrue, have lived here for over 5 years. Never a problem before. So my question is; what in the world is going on at this terminal and why lie to the customer? Will packages arrive tomorrow? We’ll see?

A package was supposed to be delivered to me, but UPS messed up the address and it's been a week and they won't deliver it. Instead, the package is being kept in a UPS store in Zelienople (which I do not live near) and marked it for pickup (which no one is designated for). Btw, customer service was so nice they hung up when I tried to call about it. UPS and the people who work there are a perfect illustration of why this country is falling apart. It's people who don't take pride in their work, they are just looking to massively inconvenience other people. It's not fun unless we can make people mad, right UPS? No wonder ups' youtube page turned off the comments to all their videos
