Not that anything is going to change or is it first time, this place has lost its credibility. Very very poor management with little to no concern for clients. A simple cheese pizza takes over an hour and if you ask someone to check on your order they never come back to reply. No front desk staff for several minutes. I am probably not going to come back and others can decide on their own.

My fiancée and I took our kids to a birthday party here. It was a lot of fun! Kids got two hours of unlimited games and the pizza and wings were pretty good too! Friendly staff. Would definitely recommend!

The place was busy, but the staff handled everything effectively. They were very attentive, very welcoming, and the kids had a great time. I must say that I was happily surprised with the pizza, as it was very delicious, especially the pepperoni slices. The crust was perfectly crispy, nice amount of cheese, and it had a nice garlicky taste as well.

Would be 5 stars if it were alittle cheaper, but would rate it more like a 4.5 out of 5. This establishment is very sanitary, bathrooms fully stocked and well-maintained (unlike places such as Billy Beez). Tables are very clean. The front admission is also very easy going. Staff are hard workers - all the games and equipment were fully functioning. It's a well maintained ship over there. The food is also very good, the wings were amazing. They upgraded their pizza too I feel like. My kids loved this place and we all had a great time. I would fully recommend this place to anyone with children and wanting a day out or a party - I want to thank the staff and management for the fun and awesome time we had too.

Not really, it hasn't been busy there for quite a while.
40 to 50 bucks I'd say
Why trust a place like that. Going there is like shaking someone's hand with the virus
This location does not have the band. It only had the Chuck E Cheese character and that has been replaced with an interactive dance floor.
Yes
Yep
It’s free to get in the door. You pay to play the games and for food.
This question would be better submitted through the company's website so the corporate office can respond.
No, but a woman that works there was telling me about it, the last time I was there. That's really cool that they do that for Autistic children and from what she said, it sounds like they have a decent turnout.
