Workers are especially lovely! Dogs are allowed (and adored!) in the store. Selections and prices are significantly great! One minus is if you make an account it does not connect to the other stores (all dovers are separate.)

If I could leave zero stars I would. I have never had anything except problematic experiences from this company. From multiple shipping issues to wrong orders being sent to me in place of my orders with little help from customer service. There is always an inability to fix the problem and they will never get back to you unless you stay after them. Most recently I had a massive issue with a pair of boots I ordered last year. The boots were on back order for a maximum of 8 weeks yet I did not receive them for 8 months. The boots were the wrong size and I sent them back for an exchange yet was only given a refund and was not notified that an exchange was not going to happen. I used a $50 gift card when purchasing the boots yet Dover refuses to return the gift card as credit solely because they could not accomodate the exchange and cannot refund the gift card on a return. I have never had such problems with any other company. Save your time and money and shop elsewhere.
