best gym in the area for sure. love the dedicated women's weight room with a hip thrust set-up. clean, lots of machines options, classes, nice desk staff. it seems to stay consistently busy all day especially on weekends.

Took a tour and didn’t join. Super old facility, smells bad, and most equipment is old and outdated. It seems to attract the body builders/weight lifters type of people. It’s not a place for kids and and seniors.

Great place to workout. The owner quickly fixes any machines that are broken or need a part/padding replaced. The staff is always friendly. The gym is kept clean in all rooms.

We do not know at this time. We have a special cleaning procedure that happens at the gym every night. The disinfectant we use can only be done when no one is in the building. Our current cleaning process has yield 250,000 visits and not one single case of Covid originating from our gym. At the moment we are going to continue the posted hours . Update: We are back to 24 hours during the week! We open Monday at 5am and are open 24 hours a day and are fully staffed until Friday at 11pm. Saturday and Sunday we open 7am until 7pm.

Hi Linda! Our child watch service runs Monday through Saturday mornings from 9am until noon and Monday through Friday afternoons from 4pm until 8pm. Everyone that works that program is CPR/AED adult and infant certified. The service is included free under our Ultimate Membership. You can stop by the gym at anytime and we can show you to the child watch area and meet some of the staff that works the program if you would like. Group classes are included at no charge with our Ultimate Membership. With our Standard Membership there is a $5 per class fee. For non members it is $10 to take a class.
They have a daycare for the children from I believe it's 9 a.m. till noon time and then 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.. You do have to have your kids signed up in advance because the daycare fills up especially in the morning. If you have full membership it's included for the daycare if not it's $3. I don't believe they let children work out at the gym they have to go to the daycare.

Hey Bernard, It is $75 to cancel if the membership is still in the 1 year commitment. If the member has moved more then 25 miles away from the club or is injured and unable to exercise we waive that fee. Please let us know if you have any further questions!
