Was directed to a dealership to buy out my lease. The GM sat down with me and gave a sob story about how there’s “nothing in it” for the dealership with a lease buy out and it “ties up” his staff. I was the only customer present. He failed to consider that this was my second consecutive Nissan lease, and I hadn’t serviced with a dealership. Instead he pushed me back to Nissan. After that we discovered that a title was mistakenly issued incorrectly. Nissan recommended I work with the dealership. Eric, the GM, advocated for Nissan to help but ultimately refused to let his dealership help, claiming he’d be fined by NY if the title issue took more than 5 days to fix. That I could understand, except he expressed willingness and desire to buy my car from me so he could sell it. Based on the offer, they would sell the car for $5000-$6000 more. It’s crystal clear to me that the ONLY thing that matters to Wally’s is profit. I would never purchase nor service a vehicle with them as I don’t trust them to have my best interest in mind. This is common at Wally’s dealerships, I encourage you to check reviews at other locations.

Went in for an oil change since they had sent me a free tire rotation coupon. Everyone was really nice, waiting room was clean and comfortable but it was an expensive oil change. Paid $40 more than at the dealership where I purchased the car where the tire rotation wasn’t free. On the plus side I’m Guessing because of the price I got a same day appointment. Just be sure to ask about cost upfront if you are budget conscious.

This was my second time leasing a vehicle from Fuccillo Nissan of Latham and I was, once again, very pleased. My husband and I worked with Breanna and she was knowledgeable, pleasant and very helpful at a time when vehicles are very expensive and in short supply. We ended up with a Sonata that fit my budget had the options I really need. It was a low stress and very satisfactory experience.

Doing business as... Joe, if you go there understand that I have dealt with 3 of Billy Fuccillo's dealerships. This is the only one I have purchased vehicles from. On our second, but from now on, they will be our only choice. See Josh or Justin, both have you feeling like family. No b.s. give them a shot and just experience it for yourself.
Their service dept leaves something to the imagination.. That's for sure.. Scale 1-10... 10 being excellent and 1 being poor-- they get a 0 !

Pretty sure it's the Fuccilo guy on TV he says it's "HUGE!" all the time. Buy maybe he's partnered with Tom Denoyer if you call I'm sure they will tell you.
