Definitely gone down hill since they stopped hand drying. They hardly spray you car in the beginning. The employees have a I don't really care look. The hot air blowers don't do anything except move the water around, and forget getting the back window of a SUV dry. Its a mess. I always have to get out and completely hand dry my car. The windows and mirrors are a mess. And if you say anything they just shrug.

I decided to get my car washed and hand waxed today at the Latham location. The attending staff did a fine job of cleaning waxing,and attending to the floor mats. Reasonably priced for the service my car received. I specified a brushless wash,and my request was honored.For as busy as it can be there,the physical plant was spotless,including the bathrooms.Needless to say,I will be going there again, being that I decided to purchase a package deal. Last but not least,the staff were ready,willing and did deliver all services rendered with kindness.Of course two hours later,it rained on my car,but that's another story.

$45 for a drive-thru $15 car wash. There's 3 lanes with lines of cars. The prices aren't posted anywhere. You don't know the price until the attendant comes to your car and by then it was too late for me to drive off. They did a lousy job inside and out. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

I’ve been going to this establishment for years now. But the last time I have went my car has not been cleaned properly in the inside. It’s like the price for car washes go up and the service gets worse. The first 2times I had to have the workers clean the inside after it was suppose to be already done. Went yesterday inside was the same when I paid for services they didn’t even clean the inside. I will not be returning for car washes no more. Ask for cherry air freshener and of course didn’t receive it.
