Very disappointed with the service. They are never ready after opening the store at customer service department besides being very rude " Chistina Gisne , the Operation manager" and "George Diaz Store Manager" also credit card machine never work property. Two weeks ago they try to charge my credit card more than 4 times and the machine never processed the payment properly and they ended up have my credit card blocked from my bank due to multiple charges in less that 4 minutes . Today I was trying to buy a money order from them and Cristine Gisne not even know how to use the mashine taking more than 5 minutes and creating a big line of customers waiting. I was recording everything that was going on and i was told by Cristine Gisne and Gorge Diaz that they will not assist me because I was recording all their mess .they were acting very rude and in other words they askied me to leave because I was complaing for their horrible customer service. I will contact locals TV Stating to show them the video I recorded and I will contact public Customer Service corporate office to go farther on this
