The building is good but old. He lacks jobs. DO NOT RENT 1701 TOWER 2 SOUTH. In one of the bathrooms there is no hot water through the building's pipes. The ducts are all full of fungus. The rooms have no curtains and the windows are so old that they stick and are very heavy.

BE AWARE! That buying condo in this building doesn't give you right even to have your own INTERNET provider. Del prado management force everyone to use OpticalTel internet which is HORRIBLE. For a month we don't have any internet. Technician came 3 times, nothing is fixed. Also, building is full of ROACHES. They are doing pest control as per request, and the tech literally is saying that 50% of what he is spaying is WATER. We have to pay for pest control ourselves and we still have TONS of ROACHES. Only 1 elevator in tower for 20 floors, and it may be broken for MONTHS!!! Lobby is fully closed for years. So be prepared every morning to walk from back door and smell GARBAGE every morning before you go to work!! Trying to sell for a year, and even in this hot Miami market, noone want to live in this TRASH BUILDING. Especially when AKAM MANAGEMENT took over, situation became even worther!
