This was a first time for me at this location. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted by the girl behind the counter, or the tall, young Spanish looking guy standing beside her. Instead, they made me feel like a nuisance. I asked some questions about their protein powders, given that I have dietary limitations, and it took no less than me asking 4 times over about the protein that they answered my question, but not without me having to ask persistently. It was like pulling teeth. I then placed my order and received a 32 oz smoothie that was 3/4 filled. I asked the guy that it be filled to the top, but was told that the rest "was stuck at the bottom" of the blender. He then did me a "favour" and poured the rest of the smoothie into the cup. All he had to do was shake the bottom of the blender a bit to let it loose. I proceeded to pay and downloaded the app. I then asked about rewards and the guy told me he does not know how the rewards work or the points. He also told me he didn't know how I could scan my receipt to the app to earn points. No smiles, no thank You's, no you're welcome. I believe the guy is the manager at this location, which is very disturbing. He not only needs training on customer service and being personable, but also training on how the rewards work. If he doesn't know his job, he should take the time to learn. But you can't train a manager who has zero motivation to work. I would give this place a MINUS if I could. Stay away! p.s. to whoever may be reviewing this at the corporate level, please refer this review to the person in authority for this location. My receipt is dated August 31, 2022, time 3:37 p.m.
