Cathie did a great job for wife and I. She listened to our issues and found the right solution for us.

I generally am happy with my purchase, however I wish I had asked more questions. There are no refunds or exchanges. The price was unexpectedly high. Be prepared.

Thanks so much Sarah for following up with me after 2 weeks and also 30 days.I was very skeptical going in as I have tried shoe inserts that resulted in a severe headache. My back and neck always felt like they are broken because I walk many miles during the course of the day. I didn't want to believe the commercials but I could feel the relief in my back right away.My neck is still improving as my range of motion is getting better and I have zero back pain and improved posture.I have been in many car accidents that have taken toll on my body.I feel rejuvenated since my feet and leg pain have improved also. The price for the inserts isn't cheap but the results outweigh the price.I can wear any shoe now as I was restricted to Asics and only a certain shoe or it was an immediate headache along with laying around the house doing nothing. Thanks again Sarah for your help as my life has improved

average $300 price range per pair
Not that I know of. However, the store is good to work with you if the first pair of insoles does it work, they will usually trade you out for a new pair of insoles once. After that, there is a $20 swap fee. That was my experience, but may not be company policy.
I don't work there so I am not sure.
You need to go back to the store and have them to replace them
If I remember correctly, a single arch support costs approximately $270. However, for that price you will only get either the relaxer, maintainer or strengthener model. Some people can get away with only one style, however, the 3 styles are meant to be used together at different times & for different levels of activity. They are NOT refundable, but can be exchanged for different styles within 30 days, so you may decide to start with one style 1st.
The people at the Good Feet store have all the information you need and will be able to get the shoes you are going to need.
They don't make them they take them off the shelf
No. However, they do work with you and will exchange the orthotics if they aren't fitting or supporting you properly at least once for free within the first either 3 or 6 months. Sorry for not remembering how long they'll exchange them for exactly. I needed to exchange mine well over a year afterwards and it was just a $21.95 charge. The orthotics do come with a lifetime guarantee, unless you select the leather-covered type. So, if they ever break you can swap them out for new ones. The store recently became corporate owned, which wasn't a bad thing, regarding customer service. However, you may want to double-check Fair exchange policies on their orthotics to ensure they haven't changed.
No you have to go in
