We were not planning to come here but we were shopping in this huge plaza. Found a book of 20 hits to play on piano. It was time to update the old man Play list to something from not over 50 years ago.

One of the better Guitar Centers I've been to. Not super-huge but very mellow and the sales staff doesn't pester you. They had a bowl of tuners and picks on the counter that you could use when trying out different guitars. This makes shopping for the right axe so much easier.

Obligatory “I rarely write reviews” intro: About a week ago, I stopped by this Guitar Center to look for picks and strings. I noticed they were out of stock of just about every pick. When checking out with some strings I mentioned the low stock and the guy at the register assured me they were going to restock everything “tomorrow.” I wasn’t in dire need of picks and made a mental note to pick some up the next time I came in. Fast forward a week. I was in the market for a new bass and found a good price for a Stingray 4 string in mint green on Guitar Center’s website. I saw the local guitar center had it in stock with pickup available so I pulled the trigger and made the purchase. This morning, I received the email that the order was ready for pick up, dropped what I was doing, and b-lined it to the store. When I arrived, the store was empty (just one customer looking at the guitar wall. Before headed to the counter, I swung by the pick wall to look at the new stock. Not a single slot has been replenished since I was last there. In fact, there were less picks available. I walked over to the counter to pick up the new bass. The crew was mid-conversation with each other and after a few moments, walked over and, without even looking at me, says “hey.” After confirming my identity, the guy at the register walks a few feet back, grabs the bass from a stand, and hands it to me. I was surprised to see they were handing me an unboxed bass though I ordered it new. He quickly walked to the front of the store to pick up the receipt while I inspected it. The pick guard looked like it had gone through war with scratches covering every square inch of it. I hoped there was a plastic cover that I could peel off but no luck. The truss rod was coated in gunk from being their display model for so long. I requested the item be refunded and the guy quickly took care of that. I can only assume that selling well-worn display models as new is common practice. I begrudgingly placed the order for my new bass on Amazon. I’ll never go back to this store again.

I'm.not sure. You have to speak to the store
I'm pretty sure. I'm a customer too
I would suggest calling Guitar Center and asking someone there or checking the website.
