Let me just start off with saying I usually love this location. The service is good and the employees are nice. But my experience today was horrible. My friend and I spent about 15 minutes picking out items and trying them out. After we are done, we walk out for a few minutes and soon figure out that my friends phone was left in the store. In the few minutes that we were out of the store, one of the employees went through my friends phone and called her mom. She had told my friends mom that we were “unattended”. Not only is it non of the employees business, the employee should not be going through a minors phone. My friend and I were more then capable of walking through a mall by ourselves. I am very disappointed in this location and will NOT be supporting them again.

Visited the aventura location on 10/5 later in the day & right when I walked in the sales associates greeted me making me feel so welcome. All products were beautifully displayed & both associates were so quick to help me out with inquiries & purchases. I will definitely come back to this location. Other makeup stores need to take notes

The lady wouldn't leave us alone and let us look for ourselves but it was good overall we found some stuff !!!
