To begin with, the place is too messy and I think the customer service is bad, secondly, I do this review since going to this place for more than once I already know how they charge, the last day I paid for my ice cream and I know exactly how much It was and a few days later when I checked my bank I realized that what I paid had increased almost double the value of what I paid, I think this is a lack of respect since they are literally robbing me for something that I did not already authorize that when signing the receipt the amount was different from the one charged on my card, so be careful with this place

The ice cream is great! The place is not that nice and the staff attention is poor. Ask for vanilla and brownie😋
