I know an 8-year old boy whose bike was a total wreck (he was riding on the tire rims for awhile). I took his bike to Bob's Bicycle Shop to ask them to help me to remove the rusty bolts so I could remove the tires. After one look at the bike, the store manager told me to 'wait a minute' while he took the bike to the back of the shop. He returned with a practically new, shiny red bicycle of the same size, complete with 5 gears, handlebar brakes, new tires, and handlebar grips. "Here, give him this one, on us." I couldn't believe it. Neither could the 8-year old boy. He was absolutely speechless, stunned. That was two months ago. I have seen him EVERY DAY, riding up and down the street, proud as a peacock. THANK YOU TO BOB'S BICYCLE SHOP for having such big hearts, to make a smile appear on this boy's face then, and every day. I know I'll be a Bob's customer for life!!!

My sister and I visited Bob's Bicycle Shop with the intention to research E-Bikes. I had already done some basic research and know what I wanted so I was able to answer the some basic questions/preferences. I also knew how I wanted to ride the bike. Ben, who was helping us suggested trying the Townie Go! 7D Step-Thru for a test ride. After he make a few adjustments to the bike to fit me I went on my first test ride. I returned a few times to have Ben make a few basic adjustments and I really liked the Townie Go. I went home to checkout the colors available and left Ben a voice message on my preference and was later informed they already had one in stock. Ben said they would unbox and put the bike together and I could come for another test ride. It was prefect and loved the color in person. I decided to buy the bike and got some other accessories. I am a happy camper.I received great advice and service from Bob's Bicycle Shop. Ben and staff answered all my questions and installed all the accessories prior to leaving the shop with my new bike. The shop is full of bikes so there is plenty of choices if you are looking for a new bike. Thank you Ben and staff.

Very good experience on a work order to replace headset bearings. Quick turnaround times in a busy environment, and Bob's performed an interim fix while waiting on parts to be delivered.
