A while ago I took my Blix electric bike in to Flaunt for repair.Both Eric and Kevin would committed to fixing it and getting me back on the road. They went above and beyond to fix a bike that wasn't even theirs. When we go to buy an electric bike for my husband, we will definitely buy a Flaunt! There is something to buying local and then any repairs or trouble shooting are local too. Thanks guys !

Stopped in the store end of Sept 2021 and paid for an electric bike. Was told it would be delivered around Dec 15 2021. No problem. Then it was delayed until Feb. Okay we can wait. Then delayed until April as they were having supply issues. I get it, its out of their hands. Pushed back again ,and finally they received the parts to begin building at the end of May. So a total of 8 months they have just under $2000 of my money and I have no bike. I stick it out as they are a small business and the issues were out of their control. But then I get an invoice for shipping that they want me to pay before they will ship my bike. Around $160. The shipping was included in the original invoice but they Flaunt will deny that. Wont pay it so they were very quick to refund my original purchase money. So they keep the money for 8 months, no bike, then want to charge me extra which I wont pay. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to see how because of the current inflation they were probably not making much money off my bike after 8 months so they were happy to get out of this purchase. Very poor business practices. Flaunt might make a good bike but I never got that far as their business practices are very questionable. These are the facts and are indisputable. I am usually not one to take the time to write a review but with what happened to me, I question how they respond to their warranty issues.
Truth
Don't normally write reviews but these guys go the extra mile. I was in Melbourne on vacation and tried to get two ebikes for a few days with no success. Having given up, Kevin from Flaunt called me back and offered to drive an hour (1-way) to drop them off and back to pick them up. Bikes ran great. That alone gets 5 stars.

Hello Jeremy, We actually fix Nakto bikes quite frequently. However it depends what is wrong with yours?
Yes...happy to report they are back! Primary manager bought the company. They have moved their original location but still in NSB.
