The store has a great collection of outdoor products at somewhat reasonable prices. The kayak rentals though were the main attraction from my visit, and they are good. Getting to the launch we chose involved going behind a resort and was somewhat complicated, but the shop was very quick to answer the phone and the instructions given online are consise. When we arrived, there was no employee waiting for us due to a communication error on their end, but this was just an honest mistake and in the end they were very apologetic. Overall, the pricing for the rentals was reasonable, and I had a great time.

Good service, fixed my bike same day I brought it in.

My husband and I went in there not expecting to buy anything but I could not pass up the beautiful light blue 2022 Bonafide RS117. The employees were extremely helpful and even helped carry the kayak to the truck. I will definitely be doing business with them again in the future.

had a great experience today, smelt a little burnt but overall a great place to buy a bike

They barely try to sell their own bikes! You would have a better chance putting a sign on it in your front yard.
The honest answer is probably not. We typically only work on the electronics of Ebike brands that we sell. Jeff
I don't know if they have a Layaway plan, I know they don't sell used bikes, so trade-ins are probably not there think, either.
Masks are required in the store, we do ask that customers maintain 6ft social distancing as best as possible.
Could be a few things, If the popping is coming from the pedal itself, could be a worn pedal bearing or something in the pedal. If bike was left out in rain you could have rust in the bearings. Popping could also be from a loose or broken spoke in the wheel. I've also had popping noise come from my gear train when I changed my chain once but didn't replace the gearset. In short, you should have something physically look at it to determine the cause.
They are pretty good at fitting people in for those quick repairs. Not sure of the cost.
